Yes — every single order. After we assemble your piece, we send you a photo for approval. If anything needs to change, we change it. Only once you approve does it ship.
Where does Sweet Thingzz ship? +
We offer local delivery throughout the Toronto area and Canada-wide shipping for everything in our collection. Shipping rates and delivery windows are calculated at checkout based on your address.
Can I add a personal note or special instructions? +
Absolutely. The cart includes a notes section where you can add anything — colour themes, allergies, deadlines, recipient details, branding requests, custom message text. We read every order note carefully.
Do you handle large corporate candy gift orders in Toronto? +
Yes. We regularly fulfill orders of 100, 250, or 500+ for corporate events, conferences, and client gifting throughout Toronto and across Canada.
How do custom designs and stickers work? +
Custom designs (+$15) include illustrated artwork, personalized messages, themed graphics, and corporate branding. Send us a photo, logo, or brief — we'll create something tailored to the recipient.
How far in advance should I order? +
For standard orders, 5–7 business days is ideal. For bulk corporate orders or custom design work, we recommend 2–3 weeks. Have a tighter deadline? Add it to your order notes and we'll do our best.
